Picture 1 shows another bulkhead double riveted in place. Again, one per side and lots of rivets.
Finally all the work on the bulkhead is done, and I get to rivet the bulkhead to the seat ribs. This is actually Page 21-13 Step 2. Picture 2 shows the bulkhead in place. Minor milestone!
