Finally, its time to start assembling the tailcone. Two preparation steps here.
First (picture 1) is to rivet a couple of Shear Clips to pieces of J-stiffener previously prepared. I don't know what they do!
Second (picture 2) is to rivet these J-stiffeners to the two bottom tailcone skins. These have J-stiffeners formed along most of the length. I don't understand why these two pieces were fabricated separately. Anyway, easy enough to rivet on.
