Brief Description: "Hook" frames onto the bottom panels
The steps here are to slide the frames along the J-stiffeners on one of the bottom skins, then slide the second bottom skin through the cutouts in the frames, so that both bottom skins are loosely attached to the frames at two points. Clecoes are used to rigidly attach the frames to the skins. The picture shows the frames threaded onto the first bottom skin and clecoed into place.
