Brief Description:  Panel Wiring, etc.

Removed the Dynon, and cut access holes for the pitot and static lines. Then connected the static lines and pitot lines to the Dynon and the AFS EFIS. Mounted the T's on the firewall. I still need a way to connect the AutoPilot to the pitot and static lines, as they have a different kind of fitting. I'm still figuring that out. Then I connected the com antennas, and the glide slope and VOR splitter to the GNS430W. Just need to connect the marker beakon antenna in the wing and the nav antenna, in the other wing. I left leads that will be accessable once the top skin is riveted in place. Then I mounted the splitter to the support for the VP 100 CU. I installed the VPCU with platenuts, instead of my original plan of bolts, in case I need to remove it someday. I also put the rubber boots on the fuel purge cable assembly, and reattached it to the fuel control. Put the Dynon back in place, and then screwed down all the connectors to the boxes. Then I made preliminary plans for installing the other accessory boxes I need to mount behind the panel. The XM weather module, the ARINC adapter, the ethernet box, and the fuel guardian box. I ran some wires to see where they would go, and then started seperating the wires that go aft. I need to cut the sticks down a few inches, as they don't clear the panel now, and that needs to happen before I wire the sticks permanantly. I probably did some other crap, but I can't remember now. It was a good building day, and a good distraction from some other stuff going on. I'll try to get some pictures next week.
