Brief Description:  Cowl, engine cables

Put some Loelhe featherfill on the cowl and the rear canopy skirt, after sanding and washing. Then painted a coat of epoxy primer on the skirt. Ran out before I could do the cowling, but I think the cowling might need either another application of the Loehle's, or maybe an epoxy coat. Anyway, then I moved on to the starter cable, #2 AWG and the alternator cable, #4 AWG. The Alternator cable may be slightly too short, but I installed it anyway and will mull that over. Also drilled out two of the rivets on each oil door latch, and put in a spacer between the door and the latch, in order to increase the gap for the latch to grab onto. I re riveted those and then started putting in the spring, when I was called to dinner.
