Trimmed the foam plug out of the cowl, and sanded down the newly formed snorkle. Took a few trial fits to get the sanding down to the right amount. Then I attached the baffle material to the FAB. Then I reinforced the new snorkle, and finished repairing the slits I had to make in the FAB to get it to fit properly. I also put reflective foil on the bottom cowl, to protect the cowl from heat and oil drips. Finally, I put the right side N number on, since the FAA has cashed my check.
