Jim Summers, my EAA technical counselor, came by with Mike Hathaway, president of our local EAA chapter to take a look at the plane. Thumbs up still. We looked things over for a few hours, and talked about engine hanging, finding a hangar and fuel options. After they left, I installed the right elevator counter weight. After both sides are in, the elevator balances nicely. I think there is enough left over for paint, and then I can trim them down a little. Finally, I messed around with the empenage fairing a bit, with more to do.
