Trimmed the canopy to the final size. Drilled holes in canopy to 5/32nds with special pexi drill. Then, drilled frame to #40. Deburred canopy pexi with perma grit bit from Avery, and did both sides. Some deeper to accept dimples, some just deep enough to accept rivets. Fabricated center cover strip, and match drilled to canopy. Still have to dimple that. Drilled hole in that for the handle, then enlarged with the uni-bit for the handle hole. Sanded the edges of the canopy real good, now that the trimming is done. Re-installed on the aircraft, and moved some cleco's to check the slider fit. Real nice and I'm happy with the fit too. Nice to be done trimming pexi, of course, I still have the front to trim as needed. Next time....
