After yesterday's disaster, I had to get back in the shop and make some progress. I adjusted the foward elevator pushtube, so that the bellcrank is more vertical in the stick neutral position. Wasn't nearly as hard as I expected. I just removed the aft bolt, adjusted that end by turning the attachment hardware, then on the forward end, held the nut while turning the entire pushtube to adjust it. Then I tightened everything down. Next, I started running wires through the conduit in the wings. Used the string with a wad of tape on the end, and sucked it through the conduit with the vac. Worked great. Then tied the string to the bundle of wires and pulled them through. I also pulled another piece of string through for future wiring needs. Then I attempted to bring some order to the shop, and package up some stuff I need to send off to Stein for my panel. Now I'm just looking around for the packaging tape.
