Finished up right aileron riveting, came out amazingly straight, after seeing how wavey it was before riveting the trailing edge, just like everyone else's. This kit is outstanding. In the middle of this, some friends of ours from Ohio stopped in and I put Chuck to work, helping me on the wing skins. We riveted for about an hour and got a bunch of rivets in. I think I'm about 1/2 through the right wing bottom skins. Then, after dinner, I started in on the left aileron riveting, getting the nose ribs riveted and the counterbalance pop riveted in place. Put the aileron in the jig and cleaned the shop for more riveting fun tomorrow.
