Brief Description:  Attach Brackets

Drilled attach brackets to the main wing spar. I found out why you're not supposed to rivet the center platenuts to the main spar before this step. Not too much trouble to drill with a smaller bit that fit through the platenut and then enlarge with the proper sized bit. Drilled splice strip. Match drilled main spar to the leading edge ribs while I was under there on both wings. Checked for twist, right on. Took tank off, and match drilled all the other holes. Countersunk skin holes where they attach to the baffle. That will provide a more leak proof seal, I guess. Removed temporary pop rivets, and all the clecos from the baffle/tank skin. Started in on the Left tank. Deburred attach brackets and baffle. Attached baffle to skin with clecos, and attached brackets with pop rivets except for the inboard and outboard attach bracket which I attached with clecos. Put tank on wing, and drilled ribs to main spar. Drilled splice strip and checked for twist. Right on.
