Drilled the first holes in the tank attach brackets, enlarged one of the holes to 3/16ths. Drew a line perpendicular to the initial hole on the baffle side flange, and then cleco'd the brackets to the baffle and match drilled. Used a short piece of 2x4 on the back side to help support the bracket. Deburred baffle and the brackets on the right tank, reinstalled with clecos on the ends and a few pop rivets in the middle 5 brackets to temporarily hold the brackets in place so the tank can be mounted on the wing and the holes match drilled to the brackets. Got as far as mounting the right tank and clecoing it down. There is some (1/8th of a inch maybe) gap between the tank skin and the wing skin, so I'll have to work on that. It seemed to lessen as I put the cleco's in the tank attach platenut holes.
