Went into the shop this morning to clean up, and something I thought of laying in bed was deburring the holes I cut for the conduit. I did 3 of them by hand, using a combination of sanding sponges, and scotchbrite pads, but they were taking forever. I read something somewhere about fashioning a deburr wheel out of a chunk of the 3M wheel, but I didn't have any "chunks" lying around. So I tried folding a piece of the scotchbrite pad a few times, and putting it on one of the mandrels for my dremmel. Worked like a champ and in less than an hour, I had the other 12 ribs done. I'll be using that little tool again!
