Fabricated tie down bracket by first cutting to length, smoothing edges with scotchbrite wheel and then used the tap tool to make the bolt holes. Then I drilled the pilot hole and clamped it to the spar and match drilled the other holes, including the holes for the platenuts in the middle. Then drilled the rivet holes for the platenuts, and had a tough time getting those to line up perfectly with the bolt hole. Took a little "hole manipulation" but they work. Primed the contact side of the bracket, and now they are ready for installation.
