Fabricated the conical gussets that go in the front corners of the intake of the baffle, and drilled them into position. Then trimmed the forward center pieces to fit the braces, and deburred the edges and marked them for trimming. Just have to fabricate and drill a couple of braces, and a clip or two, and then I'll be ready to start trimming the top of the baffle to allow the top cowling to go on again.
