Continued work on the baffles, trimming the front and side ramps to fit the lower cowl, and finally riveting them. Getting the prop line into the rubber grommet, and then getting the rubber grommet into the 1 inch hole was the worst part, every thing else wasn't too bad. Just a few extra holes drilled over all, filled with flush rivets. No big deal, just an extra micro ounce of weight.
