Brief Description:  Engine Prep

Finished up prepping the engine for hanging. Re-examined my engine mounts and discovered one that I had wrong, so switched it around. Also installed the Advanced engine RPM sensor on the left magneto, which was a pain, and will be further pain when I have to crimp the wires coming out of it. A little more length would have been nice. Removing the plug where the sensor goes was tight as well. Installed and safetied the oil temperature probe. Drilled out the other cable pass throughs to fit the larger sized quadrant cable. Hopefully, those cables will now fit, or I'll have to get three more pass throughs or modify them somehow. Installed the fuel pressure fitting onto the fuel pump. Also repainted some spots in the interior where I had missed before. Did some other prep to the engine, but then watched the superbowl - a very frustrating win by the steelers. The cardinals could and should have won that game but didn't make the plays to win. Oh well. Engine hanging tomorrow!
