Brief Description:  Priming, deburring, etc.

Primed some parts, including the steps. Then I cleco'd in the steps, and bolted them in for good. Just need riveting. Then I put some foam balls that I cut slits in over the steps for shin protection. Thanks to Mike Schipper's site for that one. Then I primed some more parts, and painted the ELT door a bright yellow. Then I drilled a hole under the seat back bulkhead near the canopy rail for the pitot static tube that will go under there. Had to get a drill bit extension to get the hole put in there. Finally, I removed the top skin to deburr it. Got all the holes deburred on the forward section. Realized that I forgot to drill the longeron to bulkhead gussets on the forward gusset. I'll have to reinstall the top forward skin to drill those. I think I'll do it at the final assembly since no holes get coundersunk or dimpled. I'll just drill them and deburr them in place, then rivet them.
