Researched rivet nuts and installation; rivet nuts out of stock. Countersunk screw holes in upper empennage fairing. Prepped parts; mixed pro seal and glued Tinnerman washers to lower front screw holes. Reamed forward screw holes in lower intersection fairings. Match drilled rivet holes in top aft skin for nut plates; reamed rivet holes out to #30 for blind rivets and deburred. Positioned nut plates on inside of skin with the help of Dave Pohl and magnet wand; clecoed and riveted in place. Dave 0.5 hr Martin 2.5 hrs
