Brief Description: Horizontal Stabilizer - 02 - Rear HS Spar

- Finished Deburring spar channels. - Re-installed the stiffeners into the spar channels, checked fit and clecoed in place. - Drilled all #30 holes. - Drilled #19 holes for main HS ribs. - Attached Rear Spar Hinge Brackets and drilled #30 holes through them and the spars.

Final Drilling Rear HS spar and stiffeners.
