- Clecoed Rear Horizontal Stabilizer (HS) Spar Channels together and checked the HS Spar Stiffeners for fit. - Marked the Stiffeners and removed them to radius the edge that fits into the bent corner of the spar channel. - Sanded out all milling marks with a Scotch Brite wheel and hand pads. - Started deburring the spar channel edges.
This project is going to take a long time to complete. I'll take what ever help I can get.
