The front hoop was not easy, it required many trial fits and adjustments. I made a crude template to lift the hoop off the front skin (60mm to top edge of hoop) then carefully shortened the hoop ends until they sat correctly. It took about 4 "shortenings" at each end to achieve a good fit. Finished up clearing the instrument panel by about 8 mm both sides.
Fitted the sealing rubbers and was supprised at the perfect fit. Will attempt the side covers tonight and tomorrow
