Brief Description: Start on fab of aluminum seaplane front doors.
Starting gullwing aluminum doors. This will be a trial and error development of aluminum framed doors. Wanted some doors that would offer better entry/access.
Doors will be made of 3/4" x 3/4" x 1/16" wall aluminum square tubing.
Made bending jig for forward post of front door. Using cardboard pattern, bent right front door post to prove concept possible.
