Brief Description: Completed Fab of front door latch mechanism
Completed fab of front door latches.
Handle tube was made from:
0.071" sheet for finger pull T9 bushing 1/2" long T5 thru tube drilled with #36 drill for cotter pin.
The support was made from 0.032" sheet. The two pieces were clamped in position to get the correct angle then welded, drilled and 3/4' T9 bushing welded in.
Optimistic that this latch can also provide door stay option. Reaching location from seat will be the challenge.
