Brief Description: Flap cables and lateral position of flap arm
Made 1/4" x .028 bushings for AN130 turnbuckle forks at flap junction plate. Rough length of flap cable is 8 ft after shackle end made.
With cable in place and arm at 40 deg aft (full flaps), determined inboard face of flap arm should be at 7/32" outboard of rear spar bolt hole CL for best clearance of cable fittings. That is also about 1 3/8" from rib face.
