Brief Description: Mounting Rudder Pedals

Finished cutting and shaping .062 plates for rudder pedal mounts. Welded in a 4" CL per plans. Left extra 1/2" for floorboard attachment. NOTE: Remove any bolt in lower engine mounts before welding in rudder pedal mount plates. Interference fit. Had to grind bolt heads to remove. Had to work on pilot side bearing for a while. Got stiff when bolted down tight. Had to straighten out slight bow in bearing foot.



Remove any bolt before welding in plate!
