Tacked .062 washers in place and drilled out to 1/4". Welded on bushings and welded out washers.
Started making parts for control stick bearings. Cut 1/2" strips and bent 90's. Started layout for welding to 1 1/4" tube. Good thing double check of tube wall. Wall was .065 not .058! Checked tubing on hand, no 1 1/4" x .058". Another ACS order!
Looks like I'll be in the parts making mode for a while.
