Cut out second stick support. Had it bent and shaped in less than 2 hours. Half the time of the first one! Made .062 x 5/8" washers and 3/8" x .058 sleeves. Cut them a little long for trimming to final size after welding.
I drilled the holes in the support and washers to 3/16". After welding washers will drill out to the required 1/4". Hoping the extra step will result in the best fit.
