Was able to start working on this early today. Got the aluminum sheet cut up into rough blanks using the band saw pretty quickly. Stacked the rough blanks 5 at a time in the middle of the two jigs like a sandwich. Rough cut again on the band saw to within 1/8 of the edge, drill the relief holes for the bend locations, route using a laminate router, peel the sticky back off of the aluminum sheets, cut the relief slots with tin snips, and debur. Repeated the process for all 58 ribs. Was able to start forming the aileron nose ribs and they look much better than the first batch that I did and scrapped. I am much happier with these.
