Great day. I got to work on doing all new jigs for all the smaller ribs. I got all three jigs cut out and got the aluminum laid out with the jig patterns on it. I will cut them out soon. I think I have it figured out on the best way to accomplish the bending with out the rips in the aluminum now. I was bending past my relief points before. After review I see that the relief point should be where I bend at. It was a good day working though.
