Brief Description: F417, bellcrank, F419 aft deck plate, floorboards.

Lots of various little things today. I located the 417 structure that sits under the canopy rails and roll bar. I then drilled the elevator bellcrank assembly to the floor structure. I also worked on the 419 aft deck plate, and the various angles around it. Be VERY careful regarding edge distance at the angle you see in image 3, where the aft two clecos are. The dwg calls for 3/4" angle, but there was NO way to get good ED for those to AN3 bolts. I had to step up to 1", and after remaking the part, am quite satisfied with the ED.
I spend the next couple hours working on floorboards. These are a challenge to install. I made posterboard templates first, which works amazingly well.
