Brief Description: BIG DAY! Getting aft fuselage ready for rivets
Lots of work done today! WOW! Angie came out and helped me, and we got more done that I ever thought possible. I riveted the flexi flange on the F409 bulkhead from last night, drilled the upper longerons to the firewall weldmounts, countersunk ALL longerons aft of F407, AND the upper longerons. the LH aft side skin is deburred, scuffed, and dimpled. It is ready for primer. The RH aft side skin is deburred and scuffed, and ready for dimpling. the bottom aft skins are ready for deburring and prep for prime. The entire skeleton aft of the spar box is disassembled and getting ready to prime. I want this fuselage out of the jig and right side up by mid october. After today, I think it's doable.
