Well, I took a little time this evening to make a little progress. I still had to drill the lower left longeron (aft section) to the skins. Had Angie help me do that, and now I can take all the skins back off, and prep them for install. Ordered more primer today so that I can prime the longerons. Haven't completely decided if I am going to prime the inside of the skins or not.
I fabbed all the parts for the 405 bulkhead, and wanted to install them, but I am going to prime them, and install AFTER the floor ribs go back on for good, so that these parts fit properly.
Since I am about to take all the aft fuse back apart, I can finally fix my big screw up from months ago. If you look closely at image 3, you will see that I goofed on the stiffeners for the horizontal stab on the 411 bulkhead. I was supposed to notch the LONGERON. NOT the stiffener bar. The plans are now clearer, but was quite fuzzy initally. I'd ordered two new stiffener bars, and they are ready to replace.
