Brief Description: Marking and drilling the bottom skins
Today I drilled the bottom outboard skin of the left wing to the main spar. I then marked the rib flange locations on the inside of the skin. I removed the skin, and marked the rib flange center lines onto the skin. I used my drilling template that I made for 7/8th" spacing, and 1.25" spacing. I drilled the skins this way to keep perfectly straight rivet lines. This will allow me to straighten any warping that that there might be in the ribs.
