Back into building mode today. Checked the spar web 3 times to make sure it was right. There IS a fwd and aft, and a inboard outboard side. It's easy to get backwards. Once I was sure on the orientation, I fabricated the W-407 D, E and F spar reinforcements on raw stock that I had, and prepared them for drilling. Have to be careful not to drill the holes for the ribs. Only drill the ones that attach the reinforcements to the spar web and nothing else. I then located the reinforcements, and started drilling them to the spar.
