Decided that the spaghetti of tubing wrapped into the fuel selector cover was too complex to deal with, in particular the space available to fabricate feed lines from the tanks.
Layed out the functional block diagram and then separated into the basic components and redesigned a 'linear layout' that represents that view. This requires fabrication of a new center console to mount the components.
Also, bent a 'template' soft aluminum tubing connection between the traditional RV-6A gascolator doubler location and the input to the mechanical fuel pump. It appears that none of the Vans pre-fab hose assemblies is quite right for a 'no gascolator' bulkhead connection to that location. The RV-7A FWF design would work but requires a new doubler and FW penetration to achieve. A custom hose will be ordered to match the template design.
