Removed the U-810 (pant mounts) and deburred/polished edges, scuffed, degreased and primed. Assembled all the bolts, nylocks, washers, nuts, and spacers. Removed the bearings and re-packed with AeroShell #5 grease.
Torqued and established the axle nut position to drill. Drilled one side of axle, deburred, aligned and drilled the opposing side. Deburred, cleaned up and re-assembled the wheel and inserted cotter key. (Will safetie the cotter key later when outside pant bolt is finalized.)
