Brief Description:  Main Gear - mounts

Removed the tanks and worked on clean-up of the gear mount fasteners. Had previously countersunk the forward (arm) fastener holes but C/S bit chattered and hole was left unfinished. Borrowed a two-flute C/S bit and used the micro-stop guide to carefully clean-up the C/S and depth to spec.

The bolts are long enough but it would be 'nice' if another thread or two were through the nut.

Next reviewed the Dwg #59 call-outs and cannot determine the bolt spec. The QB kit came with two AN3 and two AN4 holes for the side of the fuselage of the gear mount. The dwg seems to show only AN4-6A without a (4x) or other indication that it's for all four holes. There is no other call-out. Why was QB kit drilled that way, and should the two smaller holes be match-drilled to AN4 spec?
