Brief Description:  Assemble main wheel & mount tire

Cleaned up the tire interior with compressed air, and sprinkled it all with Baby Powder. Found the RED dot and positioned the inner tube to align. (Required for proper balance.) Inflated slightly to secure tube inside tire and straighten wrinkles. Inserted the valve stem through the wheel gromment - with lots of wriggles.

Aligned stem cut-outs with stem and inserted the wheel bolts, with the nuts to the same side as the stem, and the brake rotor on the opposite side. This will present the nuts to the outside and with the stem for pre-flight inspection (without pants).

Inflated to about 35-40 PSI and will recheck for leaks and adjust pressure later.

After assembly completed, I discovered that the stem nut on the next inner tube was not even finger tight. It was not checked on the first wheel, so I'll have to disassemble and check - probably needs a bit of LockTite, too.

Also cannot make sense of the outside stem nut, as it does not secure the stem to the wheel because the threads are not in that section of the stem. Reseach and correct loose nut.
