Brief Description: Connector hoods * clean-up

Added connector hoods on the VP-X 25-pin cables, and most of the DB9 cables. Added a few tie-wraps but need to organize much more. Turned ON the Weather screen on the MAP page. Started working on the EMS harness in preparation of the FWF next week. (Oil Press, Fuel Press, and Oil Temp).

Better - but not good yet
