Climbed in and tested the fit and feel (heighth) of the seat cushions and head clearance. Definitely do NOT need the bottom wedge booster. Reviewed the full-size upholstery plans and will have some 'test flight' seat covers made to protect the foam.

Finished up some connectors for the light test (bench test) and added the 'sync circuit' to the NAV/POS/Tail circuit. Blew the 3A fuse on the synchronized pulse, (had been strobing in a rolling sequence). The simultaneous strobe obviously draws more current. Inserted a 5A fuse. The wiring is minimum 20awg so that is appropriate.

Spent bulk of time on the new Ausman "Wiring Airplanes" book, and also stepping through the VP-100 main connectors, wires, and assignment sheet. Have to finish a detailed wiring diagram, which requires 'assigning' equipment to each VP-100 wire, documenting loads, and assigning the swithches,
