Continued to fabricate the control unit mounting tray for the VP-100 power distribution center.
Had to try several techniques, and spacings, to get the components to fit, mount, and swing down. Also had to decide on fasteners for the control unit to the tray.
Made several design changes on the fly, and time-consuming measurements before marking and proceding. Decided to go with nutplates for the tray to control unit.
Many assembly, disassembly, review steps. Far to much time spent.
Also spent time on cleaning the shop, re-arranged tools and reviewed several websites for information.
