Finished securing the wiring, including the mesh wrap. Inserted in the left wing, secured with screws and washers, aimed 'high' or straight and may have to re-aim lower.
Inserted lens and secured with SS screws. Need to add 'seal' strip to finish up, but waiting 'til lens has been removed to re-focus, if required.
Found a little bit of preliminary cracking around the lens screw holes, and slightly enlarged the countersinking to reduce stress. May need to heat and adjust fit, too.
