Trace a paper pattern of the wingtip light housing surface in preparation for fabricating new reflectors.
Cut out two mirrored pieces of AL sheet using the pattern, trimmed, and drilled as a pair. Then bend the angle to match the two surfaces, and trimmed for final fit and alignment.
Deburred, polished, and made minor edge adjustments.
