More info to follow - but ordered LED lights from VerticalAvionics today. WIll be discussing the installation this weekend when I attend EAA CopperState Fly-in in CGZ (Casa Grande AZ).
Dave brought the SCU to CGZ so I have it to review, and will ship LEDs next week. COOL. The wiring and instructions are clear, simple, and professional. Looking forward to having the LEDs so I can assemble and benchtest the configuration. Will be nice to nail down wiring and wingtip issues.
Also ordered a replacement F-671 forward fuselage skin from Vans. Decided that it just was not shaping up and it's prerequisite to get the cabin frame alignment correct.
UPDATE 10/26/10 - UPS just delivered the F-671 -- wow --- less than a week. (#3)
