Cleaned-up the upper section of the baggage bulkhead and touched it up with self-etching primer after degreaser.
Sprayed on a couple of coats of the interior Krylon and let it dry overnight. (Used a heat-gun to warm the aluminum and get it started quickly in the cold hangar.)
Later applied the required 2" EXPERIMENTAL decal to finish the job. Fair warning to all.
