Dwg #63, using the traditional (per plans) hinge spec and pattern for the oil inspection door. Layed out the pattern, and almost cut out the hinge area. Filled with resin/glass fibers, and will be reinforced on the inside.
If recessed too much the pin will be hard to insert.
