Feeling like I'm winning the battle now, with the fit and shape coming into a consistency of repetitive removal and re-attachment. There is a minor deformation of the circle on the right side of the top cowl, which will be sanded and smoothed. Otherwise the shape is coming along. The top to bottom seam is almost there, too.
The process is tiring, and it's not obvious which side or direction to move at times.
I anticipate that most 'errors' could be fiberglassed over and repaired easily at this stage.
Stopping now to avoid being tired and over aggressive to finish.
