Carefully clamped, and riveted the outter strip of aluminum to the F-631A (aft half) of the rollbar. Cleaned up threads in of the screw holes for the plexi.
Removed the top skin, drilled to #30, deburred and dimpled. Removed the rear window plexi and enlarged holes for the screws and pull rivets, and also countersunk all holes.
Primed rollbar after it was dethorned of all sharp edges on the surface of the rollbar that would contact the plexi.
Also made another adjustment to the shape of the plexi, along the aft edge, using the heat gun.
