Disassembled and deburred all the edges of the Tip-Up canopy bow (F-631A), and weldment for the frame sides (WD-725A Rt). Then marked, drilled and deburred all the top row holes on the WD-725A Rt side only. Scrubbed everything with ScotchBrite and sprayed with the usual gray primer (self etching).
Then finished match drilling the splice plate for the bow and riveted that together. (Had to avoid attempting to put rivets into the tooling holes).
Marked, drilled to "D" the C-608 UHM block for the canopy latch. And used the countersink tool in the drill press to nicely prep for the screws. (Looked for the retaining fastening of the canopy handle ... cannot find it). And think I should wait to drill the holes for positioning the handle block on the bow. If too low, the canopy won't be secured properly.
